Modx offers a 1 year warrant on the house for all of our custom hand-made watches.

The warranty will cover operational and mechanical issues that the watch may face however, does not cover wear and tear, as well as any damage caused by general use.

If there is an issue with your watch, please reach out to us at contact@modx.ca and subject the email as "Warranty for Order #" with your respective order number. We will be in touch with you to help with this.

If we do proceed with warranting the watch, you will be responsible for shipping logistics, and costs back to Modx for us to service this for you.

Any and all warranty requests will be under the sole discretion of Modx Customs Inc. We are not obligated or liable for any damage your watch incurs after delivery.
